Shipping policy

Orders weighing under 30kg will be shipped in parcel form via UPS or a similar courier.

Orders weighing over 30kg will be shipped on pallets.

In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering.  

Delivery is normally within 48 hours of dispatch, but this is not guaranteed.
