Refund policy

Returns for any reason are accepted up to 30 days after delivery.  

Returns for defective products accepted up to 2 year after delivery.

Cost of return shipping to be paid by customer for change of mind returns.

We will cover the cost of returns where there is a problem with the order or item.

Items over 30kg (most Van Vaults) need to be returned on pallets - please keep the pallet you received your order on so it can be reused if you need to return your order.
